AN ACT to appropriate funds to support the kellin foundation's integrated health center.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Office of State Budget and Management the sum of one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2024‑2025 fiscal year to provide a directed grant to the Kellin Foundation, a nonprofit corporation, to be used to install equipment, install information technology infrastructure, ease accessibility in training and event centers, install signage, purchase furniture, and ensure Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance at the Kellin Foundation's integrated health center called the Hope Hub.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2024.
